Breaking most popular MCAT myths

Common myths about MCAT, and why they are wrong.

1.The test requires minimum memorization and is all about comprehension.

Yes,comprehension of passages is very important. However, you do need to memorize a LOT of information such as formulas, psychology terms, aamino acids, biology facts etc. It is impossible to answer most questions without remembering key concepts and theories.

2.You will score high only if you are very smart. Again, no matter how smart you are, this test requires months of learning and reviewing material along with practice. The more effective studying, and practice you do, the better you will score.
