Rank the following in terms of solubility in water.

In order to predict solubility, we need to determine intermolecular forces for the molecules shown.

Any molecule that has OH, NH or FH has hydrogen bonding. Water's formula is H2O, and it has hydrogen bonding as its' intermolecular forces.

Like dissolves like. Molecules that can have hydrogen bonding or are polar will be able to dissolve in water. The molecule on the left (amide) has NH2 group and would have hydrogen bonding making it most soluble in water. The molecule in the middle has a =O group. The oxygen makes this molecule polar and able to dissolve in water as well (but not as well as the amide). The molecule on the left consists of hydrogens and carbons only making it nonpolar and least soluble in water (insoluble).
