(1) The reactants have been completely consumed.

(2) The reverse reaction has stopped.

(3) The concentrations of the products and reactants remain constant.

(4) The rate of the forward reaction is greater than the rate of the reverse reaction.

Solution:

At equilibrium, the rate of the forward reaction is equal to the rate of the reverse reaction. Also the concentrations of products and reactants remain constant. Choice 3 is the correct answer.
